Yep. The first part of my Saw fic is well on its way. I didn't think I'd be starting with that one or making nearly as much progress, but it's actually working out pretty well. :D I've worked around things and made it so that it takes place directly after the 6th movie instead of after 3.

I was trying desperately to make my usual brainstorm document that usually accompanies all of my stories, but for some reason it wasn’t having any of that. So, I cut and chopped what I had of part one already and wrote. I got a fair amount, though it’s still not complete. Not to mention, I need to go back through t proof read a couple times, make sure everything flows (plot line and prose) and add in things I’ve thought up after writing. I do that a lot. :/ I usually write the basic scene, then add in intricate detail later…unless it’s an important scene that I’ve already been running through my mind for a few days and the detail is already intact. That happens a lot as well.

I’ve also started on the fanart for “Aneka’s Game”. I started it early this morning before going out the drop off applications and shop with my okaa-san. At the moment, I’d say it’s around 70-80% finished -- the lineart, anyhow. The colouring is going to take some time. Hahaha.


Which brings me to an important point; I have two candidates for being my persona l editour, but their availabilities aren’t the best at the moment. So, if anyone is interested in both fanfiction and/or original work (both prose and artwork), I would appreciate some in-depth feedback. Here are the qualifications for this;


[x] – You absolutely have to know how to spell properly. You have to know a lot of large words and what they mean, or at least have enough sense to look one up that you don’t know. In lamest terms, you need to be a bit above average in spelling and grammar.

[x] – You have to be able to be critical without being an asshole. I love honesty, especially about my work. Be detailed with your opinion, be up front, be truthful. Your opinion must also be well developed; none that “It’s really well done! I love it! Keep up the good work!” Those are just good ways to open or close your critique, there must be bulk between them.


I’m sure I could put more in there, but I think you get the basic gist of what I’m looking for. I don’t want average or mediocre critique; I want high quality and actually helpful constructive feedback.
